working out=PAIN
its been about 2 years since i really spent time working out. well im now 170 lbs and am feeling a little out of shape. well thailand was fun... and that was a few months ago... too many things happened within these past months to really sum up. big news though... im going to write a song. I dont know how long or what its going to be about, but im going to write one. I just hope it gets done before next year haha. other news i might start recording again. its been a while and my style and skill has changed. Well i hope i got better haha. singing... i still dont know... i kinda suck but we'll see. expect to see stuff sometime soon. just none of my music though since im a horrible song writer but some other stuff. well... just wait and see! back from bkk
well im back after about 6 weeks. ill write about some of it later. parents came and suprised us during the 4th week. we also headed to Phuket and stayed a beach front hotel at Karon, yes where there was the tsunami warning. ill have pictures and all that good stuff once i get some rest. good to be back! update with some pictures from week 2
spending some time with my mom's side of the family. i still cant find a decent place to upload my pictures. right now im at my aunt Ranee's work. she works at the hospital and has her own office... with high speed internet. the only downer is that they have a firewall against uploading or downloading anything. this past week went to dream world, then went rafting/rock climbing/repelling/biking at some small resort. well ill be sure to write about it. --- btw how was mt hermon for you guys, let me know if it went well. ---  us being spoiled at Oishi all you can eat japanese suki yaki and sushi  this is awesome... its bbq pork over rice (with 2 other meats that i cant find the english name for) --- * tracy - going all over the place just cant remember the names. i havnt been south though. ill be going to chiang mai on the 17th. ive also been to hua hin near cha um. oh yeah, ill be sure to pick up anything that screams out your name... haha. b kwan - funny man! sorry but i dont think ill be able to bring back a guitar for you. plus you already got that nice taylor so stop being greedy! deb - yes im having fun. been going out everyday and barely having any down time or time just to breathe. living everyday to the fullest! carpe diem... seize the carp! worst PC station in the world
im at the worst PC station in the world. their computers can only do two things. play outdated games and surf the internet. the only thing that this place has going for it is the fast internet, that could be due to the lack of customers. I cant even use the CD-ROM so my being here is a waste. probably will be going out doing something, well no new pictures until i can find a decent net cafe. from the most ghetto pc station to the world... this is michael signing out! not enough time
there hasnt been a lot of time for internet access. what access i have to the internet is usually incredibly slow, slower than a 56k modem. Even with the Universities DSL its still pretty slow. It doesnt compare the US at all. I have to find some time to go to an PC station or an internet cafe so I can upload the rest of my pictures. I already uploaded about 50 pictures, you guys can view it at... http://photobucket.com/albums/y180/lost1nceaga1n/thailand/ the weather has been a bit wacky though, it has been pretty sunny during the day and has some crazy rain during the evenings. twice we've been lucky to dodge the rain, but barely. one time we made it to the subway right before it started to pour and then today we barely made it to the university. This week i got a chance to head over to where my uncle Prasert works. It was awesome getting to see the guitars being made, not only that but i got a chance to play a grip of guitars. the quality of the guitars are amazing, everything is hand crafted... EVERYTHING. The wood they use is really good and so the guitars create amazing sound and look incredible. Some of the guitars sound better than any taylor or guild ive ever played. I mean, its a plus that everything is HAND crafted. when i get a chance ill put the pictures online, but i gotta upload them first. Im planning on bringing one of the guitars back with me. we've been traveling around by ourselves at times too (my bro and i). tommorow i know we're going out by ourselves for half the day before we meet up with my uncle. during that time im hoping to find somewhere to upload the rest of my pictures. ** tracy - luckily i have not been pickpocketed or stabed. so no worries... as much as you hate thailand do you want anything? karat - i know you warned me... but pray for my safety and stop rubbing it in!
